At Shuttle to Big Sky, we specialize in transportation services between the Bozeman Airport, Big Sky Resort, West Yellowstone, and surrounding areas of Montana. We have been operating here for nearly four decades with our fleet of luxury SUVs and high-top style transit vans. We offer door-to-door service, live-flight monitoring, and can schedule a complimentary stop to retrieve pre-ordered groceries or any other desire upon arrival.

Within our company, safety is our top concern for both our guests and chauffeurs. All our vehicles are equipped with studded snow tires for the winter months and have plenty of room for luggage and ski equipment, regardless of party size.

From airport transfers to specialized charter events, we want to ensure that you enjoy your time in Big Sky from the moment you arrive. We do not have any preset pickup times and operate our service around your personal itinerary, allowing you to relax in the hands of our professional and experienced chauffeurs. Our fares are all inclusive with all taxes, fees, and gratuities included in the rate for easy and stress-free booking.

Airport Transfers

Our airport transfers are customizable, per your request, for when and where you need. Private vehicles and ride share options are available based around your travel plans. Complimentary stops to retrieve pre-ordered groceries are available for private transfers upon request. All incoming flights are tracked live by our staff, no matter the complications. Rest assured your chauffeur will be there upon your arrival.

Event + Corporate

Charter services are booked by the hour with a 2-hour minimum to start, all taxes and gratuities included. Charges begin upon the arrival of your chauffeur. Get your group where they need to be with ease and comfort and leave the driving to our team of professional chauffeurs. No matter the corporate event, wedding party, dinner reservation, or desire of your request, we have you covered.

Point-to-Point

Private vehicles are available to other destinations throughout Montana and surrounding areas. There is no need to worry about directions, driving, or parking—just enjoy the scenery as our chauffeurs take you where you need and want to go. No destination is too close or far. From nearby Livingston or Jackson Hole, WY, and everything in between, don’t be afraid to ask.

The safety of our guests and chauffeurs is our top priority at Shuttle to Big Sky. All vehicles are inspected to meet Department of Transportation regulations and are equipped with studded winter tires during the ski season and all-terrain tires for the summer months. Vans are outfitted with custom designed safety luggage nets and all vehicles are AWD-equipped to handle any and all weather conditions.

Q: How long is the drive? Approximately 1 hr.
Q: Where do you pick up in Big Sky? At the front door of your place of lodging.
Q: Where do you pick up at the Bozeman Airport? Your personal chauffeur can be found at the bottom of the escalator, as you exit the secure area towards baggage claim. They will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Q: What if my flight is delayed? We monitor all incoming flights, if you arrive early or late, your driver will be there regardless. For canceled flights or flight number changes, please contact our office.
Q: When do you pick up? For private transportation we do not have any preset times, as all private reservations are booked around your specific schedule. Alternately, our ride share shuttles do operate on preset departure times only.
Q: If I choose the ride share option and no one joins my ride will the price go up? No, the price will never go up when selecting the ride share option. It can only go down!Our final ride share shuttle rates are based on the number of passengers in the vehicle at the time of travel.
Q: What do I need to make a reservation? Name, number, email, flight details – including flight number and connecting city – drop-off destination, and valid credit card.
